Founded by Sandy Graef and Kellie Teixeira, our studio brings more than 40 years of combined experience across design, merchandising, sourcing, and product development. Our founders’ careers include developing and leading apparel programs for major retailers such as Target, Walmart, Kohl’s, and Belk. Our experience also spans large national brands, smaller established businesses, and emerging brands—from founders preparing for their first launch to those building on early success. We offer both strategic guidance and hands-on execution, including brand and product strategy, assortment planning, design, technical flats and tech packs, fabric and manufacturer sourcing, costing, fit and sample development, and production coordination.
