Real retail prices from real brands, everyday through designer — so you're pricing against the market, not guessing. Built from the same research Ed did by hand to price SÔZ's own first run.
Every band below is built from real, named brand prices — not a guess. If your category isn't listed yet, it just means it hasn't been researched — nothing here is ever made up to fill a gap.
Each gap up a tier is mostly brand equity, not construction cost — that's what a name lets a brand charge for the same garment. A first run without that reputation yet is most credible living in the upper half of Established through the lower half of Designer, until reviews and repeat customers build the case for climbing higher.
Retail and wholesale are different math. Boutiques and retailers typically buy at roughly half your retail price, so they can mark it back up to that same retail price for their own customers.
Run the full cost breakdown — fabric, labor, sampling, and margin — before you approach a factory.
These are current retail prices from named brands, gathered from live research — not quotes, not guarantees, and not a saturation or popularity score (there's no reliable data source for that, so Runsheet won't fake one). Prices shift with sales and seasons; treat these as the shape of the market, not today's exact number.
