How to read a listing

Booth cost is the organizer's published rate card where one exists, converted to US dollars; most shows quote privately, and we say “not published” rather than guess. It never includes drayage, union labour, electrics or Wi-Fi — the profile's “hidden costs” and the reviews are where those live. Web score is our paraphrased read of public posts and recaps, with the sources linked on the profile; it is not a Runsheet review. Reviews are first-hand, from people who exhibited or attended, and are never paid for.
