  • Factory profile information: factory name, location, services offered, MOQ, pricing, certifications, contact details, and any other information submitted through the factory signup process.

  • Project and introduction details: product category, quantity, budget, timeline, project descriptions, and other details submitted when posting a brief or requesting an introduction.

  • Reviews: ratings, written feedback, and reviewer role/category submitted about a Factory.

  • Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) and device/browser information, which may be collected through standard web analytics tools.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and improve the Platform, including matching Brands with Factories.

  • Facilitate introductions and communications between Brands and Factories.

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.

  • Send transactional emails (e.g., introduction confirmations, receipts, account notifications).

  • Display factory profiles and reviews on the Platform.

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How Information Is Shared

  • Between Brands and Factories: When you request an introduction, relevant project and contact details are shared with the corresponding Factory (or Brand) to facilitate the introduction. This is the core function of the Platform and is expected as part of using it.

  • Public profile and review content: Factory profile information and submitted Reviews may be publicly visible on the Platform. Reviewer display name/anonymity preferences are honored as configured at submission.

  • Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform, including:

    • Stripe (payment processing)

    • Airtable (data storage and management)

    • Make (workflow automation)

    • Softr (directory hosting and interface)

    • Email delivery providers for transactional and notification emails.

    These providers are only permitted to use your information as necessary to provide their services to us.

  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Runsheet, our users, or others.

  • Business transfers: If Runsheet or SOZ Studios LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Factory profiles and Reviews may remain visible on the Platform after an account becomes inactive, unless removal is requested and we are able to accommodate it consistent with the integrity of the review system.

Runsheet is based in the United States and the Platform is intended for use by Brands and Factories operating domestically. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
